I was pleased with workshop, even though it was the first time and that is always difficult because instruction improves with feedback from learners. The content on the wiki has now organized into an instructional format as a two-day face-to-face workshop. We could have allocated more time for the hands-on tactical small groups.

Early in the life of this blog, I stumbled into a taxonomy of how social platforms work that I call the hierarchy of participation. Every group was different, so every outcome was different. But I had no way to identify them in the faceless group of button-pushers. Free2choose is powerful because it introduces social tension.
