It’s the simplest tool I‘ve found to add a caption to an image to make an Internet meme. The lite version is a free online tool that allows you to add titles and music to a succession of photos, and the effect is incredible. Pixlr Express is a simpler more intuitive interface for those who don’t know Photoshop.
