As for the sound, I had an Audio-Technica AT899 lavalier microphone attached to record my voice. The middle sequences with the websites were captured using a combination of Adobe Captivate and TechSmith Camtasia Studio for Mac. I used the same microphone as the live footage to minimize any sound differences, and inserted the voice track into the the final file. The entire project is then rendered and exported to a file that is suitable for uploading to YouTube.
