While direct mail may be declining in some markets since its heyday in the 90s it is still an effective form of direct communication to raise funds and the NGO brand. If the age is rising, your adoption of new channels must show a corresponding increase. The instantaneous predictions are kind of nutty, I agree. Puzzling, but true.
