Because the Marrakesh Treaty was modeled after the Chafee Amendment, as the Section 121 copyright exception is widely known in honor of the senator who proposed it in 1996, only minor changes have been recommended to align U.S. Serving U.S.

Leaders of the nonprofit declined to speak directly with The NonProfit Times but said in a statement that they have not yet received a formal union proposal to which they can respond. It was pretty biased and clearly an effort to scare people, though it seemed to have language in it so they weren’t breaking the law.

A hot topic at the SCCR20/WIPO discussions in Geneva on global access to materials by the print disabilities is the term "Trusted Intermediaries"("TIs"). Compare that to the fair use exception, which has plenty of case law. Yet, this is the requirement of the European proposal for TIs here at WIPO! This is a crucial point.
