In my tests it was buggy (some parts of it just didn’t work), and the interface was still a bit crude. I also looked at a system that The Gilbert Center has been using. And, boy did I just fail the Richard Stallman test!) This year’s best of class award went to VIA3 from [link] , followed by GoToMeeting and WebEx.
