Ready/Talk outputs the file into.swf format which can't be brought into Camtasia for editing. I tried to convert the.swf file into one that would import into Camtasia using replay converter and couldn't do it.

So it wouldn’t help you, but I encourage you to look at your file, look at your appeals that have worked, what didn’t work, and don’t be afraid to recycle a really good subject line if it did work for you. If you do that, I recommend giving them a script to make it super easy. I’ve been known to do it myself.
