So, this is the network effect of that model. And, I wonder how that can be facilitated by the Internet and Technology. via screencasts, something along the lines of the design of jingproject. Another way is a screencast. It is informal knowledge transfer around using the tools. Anyway, more to ponder here.

Since the workshop is essentiallly about designing more interactive face-to-face learning environments, I don't want to model a 85 minute lecture with 100 slide powerpoint, leaving 5 minutes for q&A at end.
