CrisisCamps took off after the earthquake in Haiti. CrisisCamps are independent, disbursed, volunteer efforts to develop lightweight technology solutions to help with disaster relief. By using cloud-based tools, these disbursed teams were working remotely and together on one shared system.

Using the expertise of its Chef Network, WCK works to empower people to be a part of the solution with a focus on health, education, jobs, and disaster relief. Once there, he started doing what he does best -- cook.
