Over the past week though, there have been little glimpses of happiness amid the disasters, scandals and economic bad news - stories about the CNN Heroes: Ordinary People Extraordinary Impact. I started watching a lot of CNN before the election. It's kinda depressing, but I'm trying to stay informed.

There are all kinds of great videos, case studies you can dive into and kind of get to know us a little bit more. . Paul to teach them a bit about what goes on in Ethiopia, or Uganda, or wherever their camps are. The video alone brought us to tears. But this whole thing started with this little video. Moving gets blood to the brain, getting blood brain helps people take in new ideas. We also did fun and creative after lunch energizers.
