Anisha Desai is the Executive Director of the Women of Color Resource Center. Desai came to the Women of Color Resource Center from a Deputy Director role at United for a Fair Economy. Locally, we run a project called the Technology Empowerment Project of Oakland. That is really where the origins of the work came out of.
