TechSoup’s web content developer, Wes Holing, is a big fan of Pixlr Editor free online photo editor from Autodesk. Pixlr-o-matic is a free online tool that adds special effects, like making photos look antique. NetSquared organizer, Eli van der Giessen’s personal favorite free lightweight online image editor is PicMonkey.
