NetSquared organizer, Eli van der Giessen’s personal favorite free lightweight online image editor is PicMonkey. The paint function has painting tools including Brush, Pencil, Airbrush, Clone, gradient editor and blending tool. It’s also a nonprofit project. The website has a support page where you can ask questions.
