So, I've used wikispaces, pbwiki, socialtext, jotspot, and writely (now google docs). No folder structure and that takes some getting used to). I still read listservs because that's the only place I can find a particular people/peers sharing information about a particular topic. You can easilyl collaborate with spreadsheets and docs.
