You can imagine the impact of Bookshare.org going from a $1 million per year enterprise in 2006 to over $7 million in 2008. It is open source software, but we're experimenting with a revenue model to sustain the project over the long term. Route 66 Literacy was put on the back burner last year because it ran out of funding.
