I leave Romania early in the morning and I'm probably too tired to be writing something called a reflection, but I better do it now or risk loosing it. I just finished a presentation and later this afternoon will facilitate a workshop on strategy which will include the Romanian version of the Social Media Game. I'm facilitating a couple of workshops as part of the Social Media track for annual conference for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence in Louisville, KY. Every time I do a training - and most are on the same set of topics, I try something new.

I also had the opportunity to facilitate a large group session about whether CEOs should use social media or not and attended a tweet up with David Meerman Scott. I love designing and delivering trainings on social media and the added challenge of working outside of the US. It always helps me improve practice. I did a pre-survey.
