Listening to the conversation and watching the audience for signs of energy drop, I inserted some movement into the discussion related to the topic by asking them to do the ” failure bow.”

We wondered how to bring their reactions of the artworks from the gallery to the activity space in the lobby, and offer visitors some control over their interactions with the artworks. The activity was facilitated by the activity station set up in the lobby just outside the gallery. SOLUTION: POST-IT NOTES? This was transformational!
