Yesterday, I had the huge honor and pleasure to present the keynote at the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits ‘ NPTech Conference, eStrategy in an iWorld. There were interesting conversations at every turn and I also had requests to share my notes and slides. Now, we evaluated tools based on who was using them, and how.

I used the example of two very different exhibitions that solicited visitor-contributed content: Playing with Science at the London Science Museum, and MN150 at the Minnesota History Center.
