We picked this up and we dedicated a staff person to coordinate a local effort to get Bay Area cities and counties on board to support the national effort, and to contribute their soft fleet orders to the national demand for plug-in hybrids. Environment aside, from a consumers standpoint it makes a tremendous amount of sense.
