It bears mentioning that the executive summary of our findings (in several languages) and full report (in English) are available at no cost to everyone. Also, developing countries like Egypt, South Africa, Mexico/Latin America, and India report plans to move to the cloud faster than everywhere else. What Didn't Surprise Me.

60% of respondents cite lack of knowledge as a barrier to cloud adoption. A significant percentage of respondents, (37%) said that lack of knowledge about cloud computing is a motivator to move to the cloud because it offers good training opportunities for organizations.

So WhatsApp is available in multiple languages. So you can download the app in any language almost. The second step is talk to people in their language.
