An increasing number of public libraries are discovering TechSoup donations, but few are maxing them out like Waukesha Public Library in Wisconsin. Assistant director John Klima explained: "We get a ton of usage on our public PCs, and the RCI program is going to help us continue to provide this valuable service to our community.
