According to Blackbaud Institute’s Gen Z at the Table, Gen Zers believe that “promoting causes or volunteering can make the most impact.” Inherent desire to give back.

She’s a board member for the YNPN in Boston for the Massachusetts Chapter of Democrats for Education Reform. She’s super involved in the AFP chapter there in Massachusetts. And then as Steven mentioned, I’m really involved with my AFP chapter. And so I see I have a hand raised. Also a board member.

Louis, a volunteer-led organization that I was on the board for, and I now manage the Friends of Pedal, which is a similar group as Pedal the Cause. We need to be thinking about the motivations of the volunteers we want to engage. About 54% are interested in volunteering in some way. And my contact information is there as well.
