The company recently joined forces with the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) in Namibia – the largest research and education center for the conservation of cheetahs – to support the endangered cheetah in their race for survival by taking the cheetah’s plight out of Africa and placing it on the backs of activists nationwide.

The Namib Desert in Namibia (has the highest sand dunes on earth). He described it as five grueling days of icy winds, icebergs, massive penguin colonies, and numerous route changes to accommodate wild weather. I want to move the needle on poverty alleviation, lack of health care, and climate change.

Sandy exposed our vulnerability to climate change. This puts New York City’s economic disparity on par with places like Sierra Leone or Namibia. Undoubtedly, the inequities in who bears the brunt of climate change will play out in similar ways on the larger global stage. The homeless population in the city doubled to 80,000.

Connecting personal wisdom to effect positive change is our goal. Before this point I had not been able to affect the kind of change I was seeking by being a fine art photographer only.
