Bookmarklets are simple tools that extend the bookmarking and search capabilities of web browser software. There are lots and lots of bookmarkets around, some good, some bad, and some designed to work specifically with Web2.0 I thought this might be a good experiment for my screencasting sandbox. Some beta work is happening on this with TechSmith's " Jing Project ," an application that allows you easily embed screencasts into conversations on both PC and MAC platform. Social bookmarking in plain English! Any techie who has ever tried to explain something in email will just think this is the coolest thing ever.
