NetSquared organizer, Eli van der Giessen’s personal favorite free lightweight online image editor is PicMonkey. The paint function has painting tools including Brush, Pencil, Airbrush, Clone, gradient editor and blending tool. It apparently works in Windows 7, but not Windows 8 as yet. It’s also a nonprofit project.
