Since we received such great feedback from last year's session , Roger Burks and I have hosted a series of webinars since the last NTC, focusing on how organizations can leverage online storytelling and maximize social media in the process.

Doug mentioned attending the NTC/NTEN conference in New Orleans and had RSS and Tagging ringing in his ears. He summarized some learnings from NTC sessions he attended and the keynote by David Pogue.
