Case Study: Moving to Google Apps

I made a SWOT analysis between an in-house server solution and Google Apps. When the analysis was done, I created a proposal with my recommendations, which was approved by October 2009. Most of the staff were used to Gmail and familiar with email, calendar, and docs services. I estimated a long term budget for both solutions.
