Remote Technology in the Pandemic: Rebalancing Toward Equity and Access

In the spring and summer of 2021, with funding from AmeriCorps, our research team held focus groups with volunteer administrators about their technology use in the pandemic. We fed the many hours of conversation into an application called Dedoose, which helped us to sort and flag themes in the focus groups.
