So you can say, "Ok, we'll do a lease-to-buy where we will do a five-year lease on the whole building, and you will donate the first year's rent to us--you, the owner. They build a building, and then they just fill it up, and there's an architecture firm, and a law firm, and whatever. I have this detailed critique. I know I don't.
