David and Rupert are lucky of course to be in the UK and didn't have the brick experience that Amy Gahran had. so she is still sans n95.

I have spent almost all day today testing different ways to compress and host video posts that might work where the Internet access is slow or if you are video blogging from an Internet cafe and the computer does not have windows movie maker on it. YouTube's Testube has a remix option that uses Adobe video editing.

I don't know if this possible - I have to find the right.swf to.avi converter and test it - but you could possibly edit and remix these clips into a screencast. The script can detect the Flash plug-in in all major web browsers (on Mac and PC) and is designed to make embedding Flash movies as easy as possible.
