I was already studying agriculture at the University Wisconsin-Madison. It was shocking and deplorable, really terrible, to learn that and know that it's not at the forefront of a lot of people's thinking when they think about local food or regional food. They're also providing a lot of jobs locally. It stops at a certain point.
