I grew up in Oklahoma. But there’s a lot of unexpected beauty in Oklahoma—weird folk art with plastic deer, a beautiful house. I thought it was spam. He started out as a poet, started messing around on the internet with digital media, and launched into a series of highly unusual interactive projects.
