He suggested, basically, find the publisher first, then talk about the license second. Flash (and, therefore, YouTube) is working, as is Java. Be Helpful.

There isn’t a mobile version yet, but there is something called Gimp Portable that fits on a flash drive that you can plug in to a Windows PC. is a free open source application. Inkscape is another free open-source program that does much of what Adobe Illustrator. It is not a cloud application.
