Other institutions are idiosyncratic in their relationship to their environment, like the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Denmark, or to their community, like the Wing Luke Asian Museum. They reflect the soul of the community and can be responsive to its unique interests and needs.

Last week, I was reintroduced to Scratch , a graphical programming language designed by the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab. but still, a programming environment. The last three reflect the interests of the users--and not in quantity (i.e. most views) but in recency. Does it work? usercontent.
