We publish their stories, and from that experience, a big impact was that a lot of the women got their stories picked up. The most powerful impact we found was actually in the women's leadership and influence locally. We brought professional empowerment mentors and coaches, and also professional editors. It's just accessible.

They eat together, have a great time, learn about a really wonderful grassroots program that's impacting the lives of women and girls, and then they make a donation. It enables us as a group to make a large contribution to a grassroots organization that's doing high-impact work, and we get to have fun in the process. It was wonderful.
