Even though I've had to cut back on a lot of my donations this year, I've continued to sponsor a woman survivor of war each month through Women for Women International. Why am I so focused on this organization? I also make loans to women entrepreneurs using Kiva.org.

Unicef created its own bot, U-Report ,to engage young people on a variety of issues, ranging from climate change. For example, in Liberia, the bot asked 13,000 young people if teachers at their schools were exchanging grades for sex. But bots can offer companionship and empathy and support to donors and ask for donations.
