ScreenSteps: Simple documentation

This application makes building step-by-step tutorials so incredibly easy. They have a hosted version , but at a minimum of $20/month it's more than I want to spend now compared to a one-time software license purchase. I had a few of the basics saved, but I'm not sure all my colleagues even know where to look.

At this point, the servers were aging and needed to be replaced, and we needed new software and user licenses (MS Exchange Server), as well. Google services are intuitive to use and trainings, demos, and tutorials were available on our intranet. Most of the staff were used to Gmail and familiar with email, calendar, and docs services.
