GOOD Maker, in a partnership with NTEN, announced Detroit's Green Economy Leadership Training (Solidarity) winner of their Use Technology for Good challenge. The organization with the most votes by August 31 will also receive a $5,000 grant from the Case Foundation. Congratulations, Solidarity!

We're also working with those cities on generating some demonstration projects. What we're trying to do is generate enough support to indicate that we need these announcements out of the auto industry to translate into something tangible. They recognize that green is very vogue right now. It's a really exciting time.
