We focus on people who are culturally curious, actively creative… but may not see a traditional arts institution as a place for them. culturally curious but maybe not inclined to walk into a museum. Founded in 1990, the Women of Color Resource Center promotes the political, economic, social and cultural well-being of women and girls of color. military policies globally, not just what's happening with women domestically. Locally, we run a project called the Technology Empowerment Project of Oakland.
