It’s the simplest tool I‘ve found to add a caption to an image to make an Internet meme. The website has a support page where you can ask questions. There’s also the GIMP Basics tutorial, which is more geeky, but still manageable. and tutorials. They have some great examples on the Pixlr blog as well.
