I just returned from doing two days of facilitating a Networked Nonprofit training in Mexico City with Oxfam Mexico and participants from offices throughout Latin America, South America, and Caribbean. This was very helpful because traditional translation does not help you read the group or adjust on the spot.

Several years ago, I had an opportunity to travel to Costa Rica with a group of artists. In Uganda, a group of young people made incredible, heartfelt postcards filled with glitter and cut up magazine pictures to send to women in the Congo. We are also planning a trip to Peru! First of all, you can make a postcard!
