They write poems about their experiences, and when they recite them in community meetings, their neighbors are outraged, and mobilized immediately to action. Celebrating Women was book number two. People write poems, and stand and recite them in public meetings. And the little girls do exactly that.

I think my favorite example of that is a women's group from the highlands of Bolivia who wrote to us maybe seven or eight years ago. When you hear something like that, I think you begin to get a sense of the power that women actually have to collectively mobilize.
