Problems were that many survivors had no internet access, let alone electrical power, let alone computers or even computer literacy. In 2009, for example, 2 trapped girls in Australia chose to post to facebook for help rather than dialing directly. We can tap into local knowledge because our reports are coming from the source.

My business supports an organisation called Entoure in Australia who stages challenging events to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for critically injured kids. We are Rape Crisis and Victim Services, Employment (80% placement rate for women and men), Adult Literacy, general counseling for women and families, legal clinic…and on and on.
