It's easiest to open if you slide the keyboard out. The Pre doesn't include voice memos or any other tool for recording audio through the mic. I used Audacity Audio to record meetings on my Treo, but it won't work with the Pre. But no one seems to offer that. Web Browsing. The browser is tiny and hard to read.
