A lot of attention on team, it's probably the hardest thing because you have to keep getting out of your own way. They wanted more training in-depth, and they wanted to really learn how to use all these different tools to get ahead in life and advance their dreams. So, we started this program. Last year we piloted it, in 2009.

I've now documented women's lives in 40 countries, over the past 10 or 12 years, and everywhere I went, I found women who were helping each other, local women. Can you talk a little bit about why they used arts, and why it was an effective tool? There are no men in Zimbabwe who are immune to these girls' attention.

I think what makes us unique is that we are really investing in women's leadership and women's creativity in developing local solutions to some of the world's most challenging problems. I think my favorite example of that is a women's group from the highlands of Bolivia who wrote to us maybe seven or eight years ago.
