The four-day intensive face-to-face training was for senior level staff and their social media staffers. We devote an entire chapter to it and the workshop exercise is based on this chapter.

Our chapter leaders believe that we can bridge the digital divide by giving every NGO the tools and skills to accomplish its mission efficiently and effectively. Toronto has scheduled a Pints not Profits social, Victoria is holding its annual NGO Ho Ho party, and the Research Triangle will hold an NPTech Mixer.

So, yes, I think the Global NGO Technology Report found the majority of nonprofits do agree social media is effective for creating brand awareness. So nonprofits are building Alexa Amazon skills to reach new audiences and build relationships with potential donors. So take a look at these Amazon skills. So pretty neat.
