A: We saw urgency around three key areas in 2020: 1) work related to the pandemic—research, support of healthcare training, and delivery 2) direct support of students in need as a result of the pandemic, and 3) support for activities that involve direct service delivery to communities. Others still decided to go ahead, and saw record giving.
