Learn More Miranda and the team at Peace Community Center transformed an in-person event into a virtual experience via a multi-touch email campaign that raised more than $118,000. One person we spoke with described the sudden adjustments at her food bank: We had never used a platform virtually before. We held 33 virtual focus groups (via Zoom) with 181 CVAs in the United States and Canada. CVAs described how transitioning to virtual and remote service removed the barriers of distance and lack of transportation.

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) has been able to migrate from TargetX into a custom EDA environment for recruitment & admissions that is compatible with Saleforce.org’s new Admissions Connect tool. Being able to access the system from anywhere is a massive change. I just don’t think it would have been feasible.”
