It looked a little more comprehensive then just asking people to tag and then trying to aggregate (we also looked at other tools like CrowdVine which was very comparable, almost a coin flip). Breakout rooms with 4 outlets, and large lecture halls with maybe 6 public ones are a problem. Frankly, I think they throttle it to save costs.
