Our work focuses on advocacy, policy, education and political thought that helps to shape the dialogue and public conversation about the interests of these folks. It just seems like such a mind-leap for people to make.

It offers an intergenerational experience. We have an advocacy committee and board members are able to sit on that and really help with our advocacy work. Prior to that she served on several different committees and in committee chair roles. What do you think? Dominique: Yeah.
